Butcher BBQ built this on a tomato and molasses base with a mellow vinegar tang, so it lands sweet and savory in balance instead of tipping all the way to sugar. This is the same recipe that took two World Championships for pitmaster David Bouska, and it is MSG free and gluten free. Competition pedigree, backyard easy.
