Campfire dust bbq rub

Campfire Dust BBQ Rub from Mosscrowe is an all-purpose grilling rub built to be the shaker you keep within arm's reach of the fire.

Mosscrowe blends Campfire Dust up in the Pacific Northwest, all natural with no MSG. It is the everyday bbq rub made for whatever you throw over the coals, the kind of dust that earns its keep on a Tuesday cook as much as a weekend one. No fuss, just a rub that goes on and gets to work.

Coat the meat before it hits the grate and let it set into a crust while it cooks. Season generously, give it a minute, then get it over the heat.

• Steaks and burgers
